WELCOME TO PHILIP MILLINGTON WATER SERVICES
Philip Millington Water Services Ltd is a family run business with 3 generations now working within the business. The company was formed in 2002 after Philip Millington was made redundant from a local irrigation company.
Philip graduated from Harper Adams agricultural college and worked for many years within the Ministry of Agriculture Fishery and Food as a land drainage and irrigation consultant and is well known throughout the farming community in Norfolk. Richard Millington also worked for the same irrigation company as Philip and left to help start the new business.
Richard attended college for 3 years and gained a Diploma in Engineering. We now employ James Hunt a fully qualified excavator driver and is now the installations supervisor, Adrian Brooks excavator driver and Ryan Millington as installations labourer. We believe that to offer the best possible service as much of our work is carried out by ourselves, so that we can ensure that all work is carried out to our high standards.
We carry out our own thrust bores under highways, Richard holds the Supervisors New Road and Streetworks card and James the Operatives New Road and Streetworks card, this is required by law when working within the highway, to compliment this we also have £5 million public liability insurance. We are also the local dealer for Briggs Irrigation equipment and Rovatti pumps.
Philip graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural College and worked within the Ministry of
Agriculture Fisheries and food. He has worked with Norfolk farmers for over 40 years.
